Qualification: M.D/M.S qualified in relevant discipline for Post-1 to Post-8. MBBS degree for Post-9. 12th class pass with GNM course for Post-10. 12th class pass with Diploma in Medical Lab Technology for Post-11. 12th class pass with ANM course for Post-12. 8th class pass and having heavy vehicle driving license for Post-13.
Age Limit: minimum 18 years & maximum 64 years as on 01.01.2018. Relaxations/reservation shall be given as per rules of government.
Selection Process: Selection of the eligible candidates will be done on the basis of performance in written test, trade test and/or interview.
