BSF Water Wing Recruitment 2023 Qualification

Sub-Inspector (Master): 10+2 or its equivalent pass. Second Class Master Certificate issued by the Central or State Inland Water Transport Authority or Mercantile Marine Department.

Sub-Inspector (Engine Driver): 10+2 or its equivalent pass. First Class Engine Driver Certificate issued by the Central or State Inland Water Transport Authority or Mercantile Marine Department.

Sub-Inspector (Workshop): Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Mechanical or Marine or Automobile Engineering.

Head Constable (Master): Matriculation pass along with Serang Certificate.

Head Constable (Engine Driver): Matriculation pass along with 2nd Class engine Driver Certificate.

Head Constable (Workshop): 10th Pass with ITI Diploma in respective trade.

Constable (Crew): Matriculation pass. One year experience in operation of Boat below 265 HP. Should know swimming in deep water without any assistance.
