| Office Assistant | Rs.13300 to Rs.19108 (per month) | Graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 1 year of post-qualification relevant experience. Should have worked in extending secretarial assistance and managing communication, office record keeping, compiling of project information and maintaining records related with programmatic, administrative and HRD affairs in a reputed institution. Should also possess good writing and typing skills in both Hindi and English. |
| Accountant | Rs.16392 to Rs.26028 (per month) | Graduate degree in commerce with minimum 1 year of post-qualification relevant experience. Should have worked in book-keeping and accounts related jobs. Knowledge of working on computer and operating Tally or any other double entry accounting software. |
| Area Coordinator | Rs.19032 to Rs.26028 (per month) | Graduate in any discipline with 2 years post-qualification relevant experience in social development activities (OR) fresh post-graduate in any discipline. |

BRLPS Selection Procedure
Vacancies of Community Coordinators and Area Coordinators will be filled through the ‘Internship Model’ of BRLPS. Candidates who clear the Online Written Test of Community Coordinators have to undergo 45 days Internship in the rural areas. Candidates who clear the Online Written Test of Area Coordinators have also to undergo 2 days Internship in the rural areas for which no stipend will be paid. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the different stages of selection process.
BRLPS Exam Pattern
Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society will conduct online computer test to shortlist the best fit candidates. Examination would be bilingual, i.e. in English and Hindi language. The written examination will consist of one paper only containing Multiple choice objective type questions. Examination will have the questions from the general studies, current affairs and domain study of relevant subject.
