Andhra Police Constable Syllabus
Preliminary Examination: Prelims exam consists of one paper only. Questions in preliminary test are objective in nature and set in English, Telugu and Urdu languages. There are 200 questions for 200 marks in test paper. Duration of prelims exam is three hours.
Final Written Examination: Candidates who qualify in the physical test have to appear for the final written examination in one paper. Duration of final written exam is three hours. There are 200 questions for 200 marks in question paper. The final selection has to be made on the basis of relative merit, as per marks obtained by candidates based on their score in the Final Written Examination (for 100 marks) and Physical Efficiency Test (for 100 marks), totaling to 200 marks.
Exam Syllabus: The written examination contains questions from English, Arithmetic (SSC Standard), Reasoning, Mental Ability, General Science, History of India, Indian culture, Indian National Movement, Indian Geography, Polity and Economy & Current events of national and international importance.
