Experience: 01 to 02 years experience.
Other Requirements: Basic understanding of Finance accounting procedures. Handle work with integrity and in compliance to organization standards. Work independently and executed standard operating procedures. Good oral and written English skills.
Responsibilities: Resolve invoice discrepancies and follow up with the relevant teams to obtain required information. Post audit, provide required feedback to the staff by recording errors on a regular basis. Perform required audits on the invoices processed and eliminate any discrepancies. Reconciliation of Vendor statement and ensure that they are up to date. Reconciliation of Suspense Accounts and Bank Accounts. Ensure Vendor maintenance (Set Up and Amendments) is completed as per agreed PLAs and procedure. Establish and maintain effective relationship with customer business areas and identify areas of improvements in service. Take initiative to review process updates for defect free implementation. Provide service to customers by focusing on First Time Resolution (FTR) with accuracy and professionalism. Demonstrate knowledge of process, impacts & implications, procedures and escalations matrix.
