- General Manager – 01 post
Age Limit: Age should not exceeding than 45 years as on 01.05.2017. Relaxation till 50 years can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience.
Pay Scale: Starts from Rs. 15.00 lakhs per annum.
Qualification: Graduation degree in Law. 15 years of post-qualification institutional and/or practicing experience (for age up to 45 years) in legal aspects of mortgage lending (home loan / Loan against property/ loans for construction / purchase of commercial property). Fluency in Tamil besides English is must. Working knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
Job Description: Look after all legal and recovery matters. Formulate suitable policy and guidelines to create enabling provisions for business development. Provide independent legal opinion to ascertain the flow of title to ensure validity of the same. Handle SARFAESI cases for recovery of dues. Ensure prompt and best client service. Attend to any other matter as entrusted to him/ her.
