Age Limit: as per existing rules and regulations.
Qualification: Advocate to be empanelled in Oriental Bank of Commerce shall have High standard of integrity, acumen and competency. Also should have Length of practice and specialization in the area of law beneficial to the Bank & experience in conducting Bank’s cases.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted/selected on the basis of merit/assessment. The advocates shall be empanelled only for a period of three years which shall be subject to annual review.
