1. Accounts Officer
Pay Matrix: Level 10 of the Pay Matrix (Min. pay Rs. 56,100/-)
Age: Not exceeding 35 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience: 03 years working experience in Finance/ Accounts as Section Officer/ Assistant

2. Office Assistant
Pay Matrix: Level 6 of the Pay Matrix (Min. pay Rs. 35,400/-)
Age: Not exceeding 30 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any subjects. Working knowledge of Computer (MS Office/Power Point).

3. Stenographer
Pay Matrix: Level 4 of the Pay Matrix (Min. pay Rs. 25,500/-)
Age: 18 to 27 Years
Qualification: 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification with Computer Literacy. 80 w.p.m. speed in shorthand in English or Hindi.

4. Upper Division Clerk
Pay Matrix: Level 4 of the Pay Matrix (Min. pay Rs. 25,500/-)
Age: 18 to 27 Years
Qualification: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted/selected on the basis of their performance in written examination, skill test and/or interview.

Application Fee: Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- for Post No. 1 and Rs. 300/- for Post No. 2, 3, 4 payable to the “Director, National Institute of Occupational Health, Ahmedabad”. All SC/ST/PH and Women candidates are exempted from payment.
