Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) is a Schedule ‘A’ Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise and subsidiary of ONGC. MRPL invites applications from the eligible Engineering graduates and Diploma holders for engagement as Graduate Apprentice Trainee /Technician Apprentice Trainee. MRPL Apprentice Eligibility Norms

Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination in the year 2016, 2017 and 2018 only need to apply. Candidates who have completed and possess the essential qualification by 17.05.2019 are only eligible to apply. Candidates appearing in qualifying exam/awaiting result may not apply. Further eligibility conditions are given below in table.

Technician Apprenticeship Training Monthly stipend of Rs.7100/- Diploma in Engineering in the respective discipline. 18—24 years as on 28.03.2019
Technician Apprentice (Commercial Practice) Monthly stipend of Rs.7100/- Diploma in Commercial Practice. 18—24 years as on 28.03.2019
Lab Assistant Monthly stipend of Rs.6000/- B.Sc degree with PCM or PCB subjects. 18—24 years as on 28.03.2019

Mangalore Refinery Apprentice Selection Procedure

The selection process shall consist of OMR sheet based competitive written test. Candidates shall be considered for engagement based on the marks scored in written test and verification of documents.

MRPL Apprentice Exam Pattern

The MRPL Apprentice Examination 2019 will comprise of 50 multiple choice based objective type questions. Questions will be asked from the concerned discipline/domain/subject. Maximum weightage of written exam will be 50 marks. All questions will carry equal 1 mark. There will be no negative marking. Question Paper will be bilingual i.e. in English & Hindi. Candidate may choose his/her language for written test while applying.
