The selection/recruitment process of Madhya Pradesh Higher Judicial Service (M.P H.J.S) (Entry Level) Direct Recruitment from Bar Examination shall be completed in following three stages-
A. Preliminary/Screening Exam
B. Main Written Exam
C. Interview
A. Preliminary/Screening Examination
The Online Preliminary (Screening) Examination shall be conducted online. There shall be objective multiple choice Questions wherein the candidates shall have 4 options to select the most appropriate/right answer to be given. Once the candidate gives the answer of one question and seal the option by applying Save & Next button, the next question with options, will appear on the computer screen and so on. Question paper for Online Preliminary Examination shall contain 150 questions, having 1 mark for each question, to be solved within a period of Two hours (120 Minutes).
B. Main Written Exam
Candidates, who have qualified in Preliminary and desirous to appear in Main Examination, shall have to submit an Application Form, which will be available on the website of High Court of M.P. The Application form and documents must be sent, in such a manner and within such a time that the same must reach in Examination Cell of the High Court on or before last date for the receipt of application of Main Examination. There shall be Four Descriptive Question papers. Each paper shall be of three hours duration and shall carry 100 Marks each.
C. Interview
The Interview/Viva Voce shall carry 50 marks. Candidates, who qualified for Interview after Main Exam, shall be called for Interview Roll No.-wise. Before Interview, the original documents of the candidates shall be checked by the Staffs of the Examination Cell and any candidate fails to produce original document, he/she may be debarred from appearing in Interview. This is necessary to all to remains present in Interview/viva voce, failing shall be deemed to be disqualified for selection.
After completion of process of Interview / Viva voce , the Final Result and Provisional Select List shall be prepared. Final Result shall be declared and published in order of Merit.
