Qualification: Bachelor or Master degree in any stream. 03 years experience in Sales, preferably in Banking services. Must have a flair of Sales and Marketing.
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years as on 01.07.2017
Salary: Negotiable, depending on skills
2. Relationship Officer
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline. 02 years experience in Banking, NBFC, Hospitality or other Financial streams.

3. Credit Officer
Qualification: Bachelor or Master degree in any stream. 01 year experience in Credit Appraisal.

Selection Process: Candidates will be scrutinized on the basis of their educational and experience standards. Shortlisted candidates shall further be called for the Assessment. ESAF Bank will conduct the interview for assessment of shortlisted candidates. A written objective test and group discussion shall also be conducted during the recruitment process.
