CISF RECRUITMENT-2017 CONSTABLE/TRADESMEN

Online applications are invited from eligible Male Indian citizens for filling up the temporary posts of Constable (Tradesmen) in Central Industrial Security Force-CISF in the trades of Barber, Boot Maker, Cook, Carpenter, Electrician, Mason, Mali, Painter, Sweeper, Plumber and Washerman. Age Limit: Between 18 to 23 years. The crucial date for determining age limit will be 01.08.2017.

Pay Scale: Level-3 of pay matrix Rs.21700-69100/- (pre-revised pay band–I Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.2000/-) plus usual allowances.

Qualification: Matriculation or its equivalent pass, preferably Industrial Training Institute trained personnel for skilled trades (i.e. Barber, Boot Maker, Cook, Carpenter, Electrician, Mason, Mali, Painter, Plumber and Washer Man). Matriculation in any subjects for unskilled trades (i.e. Sweeper).

Selection Process: Candidates who qualify in PET/PST, documentation & trade test will only be eligible to appear in OMR based/computer based written examination. The written examination will be bilingual i.e, in Hindi & English. Trade Test /Written Test of all trades will be conducted simultaneously for the applied post/trade. Physical Standards Test (PST) /Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Documentation, Trade Test, Written Test, and Medical examination will be conducted by the CISF at respective Sectors/ Recruitment centers. Sector wise/Trade wise and category wise result of written test cum merit list etc will be drawn.

Application Fee: Rs.100/- from General and OBC candidates will be charged as application fee. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Ex-servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying fee.
