Experience: 2-3 years experience in accounting and or bookkeeping , knowledge of QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online. 2 years of computer experience including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel. Experience in accounting with emphasis regarding the general ledger and flow thru, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online is essential. Experience in bill.com will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements: Thorough Knowledge of Balance sheet Items and income Statement line items. Bank reconciliations. Monthly and quarterly financial statements. Well-versed with the use of QuickBooks Online, bill.com and other supplemental accounting software. Electronic bank deposits. Analyze client bookkeeping data and resolve issues. Credit card reconciliations. Payroll Entry and maintenance. Provide detailed analysis of Financial reports.

Responsibilities: Person will be responsible for maintenance and handling of clients’ books including monthly and quarterly financial statements.
